Welcome to ODOCK, a product developed by Intelligence Dock.

By purchasing, installing, or using ODOCK, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About ODOCK

ODOCK is a Chrome Extension designed to automate WhatsApp Web outreach, including personalized bulk messaging, campaign management, and messaging workflow automation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use ODOCK.

3. License

Purchasing ODOCK grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

You may not:

  • Resell the software.
  • Share your license with others.
  • Reverse engineer or modify the extension.
  • Redistribute the extension without written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ODOCK responsibly.

You must not use ODOCK for:

  • Spam campaigns
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Illegal marketing
  • Phishing
  • Sending malicious content
  • Violating WhatsApp's Terms of Service

You are solely responsible for the messages you send.

5. License Activation

Your license may be linked to your account or device.

We reserve the right to suspend licenses involved in abuse, fraud, piracy, or unauthorized sharing.

6. Updates

We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, and new features without prior notice.

Some updates may require downloading a newer extension version.

7. Intellectual Property

ODOCK, its logo, source code, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Intelligence Dock.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

8. Disclaimer

ODOCK is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with future versions of Chrome or WhatsApp Web.

9. Limitation of Liability

Intelligence Dock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of ODOCK.

Use of the extension is entirely at your own risk.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of ODOCK constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
