ODOCK is a digital software product delivered electronically.
No physical items are shipped.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- The extension cannot be activated.
- The license cannot be verified.
- A technical issue prevents normal use and our support team is unable to resolve it.
- The product is significantly different from its advertised functionality.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind.
- Accidental purchase.
- Failure to read product requirements.
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
- Suspension due to misuse or spam.
- Compatibility issues caused by unsupported browsers or modified environments.

- Chargeback abuse
- License sharing
- Pirated copies
- Repeated refund requests
